These pages are designed to tell the story of the Groser family,
who came to England from Germany early in the eighteenth century
and spread to America and Australia. They are also a record of
continuing research into the people who married Grosers,
their families, descendants and friends. The site is dedicated
to the memory of Theophilus Eaton (Bill) Groser (1925-1998).

Charlie and Agnes Rose, visiting London in 1906, meet up with her brothers Tom and Ernest Groser, who were studying for the priesthood in Canterbury. The photo was taken in Earls Court.

The picture on the front page is of Charlie and Agnes's old home, Wilgarrup, near Bridgetown in Western Australia, and was taken in the 1950s by their daughter Ethel.
